Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Tableau Technical Architect to join the Missionforce team within Professional Services Delivery. The role designs and implements Tableau Server, Tableau Cloud, and API integrations as part of Salesforce Analytics solutions, serving as a data & analytics architecture steward for client projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Data & Analytics or related field with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Problem solver with ability to tackle complex challenges and derive best solutions.
• Excellent communication with strong verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of client engagements for designing and implementing Tableau Analytics solutions and oversee junior consultants.
• Be an expert in Tableau Server/Cloud features and integration into client solutions.
• Deploy Tableau Server environments and integrate with client data and workflows.
• Utilize Tableau APIs to provide custom solutions to client issues.
• Maintain key client relationships and align with their data & analytics strategy.
• Communicate recommendations clearly and structure client presentations effectively.
• Manage escalations and support client adoption of solutions.
• Provide enablement support to technical resources to drive ownership.
• Identify opportunities for Tableau services to maximize ROI for clients.
