Qualifications

• Must have one year of dealer experience.
• Must be at least twenty-one years of age.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses per state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure smooth operation of table games.
• Provide superior service and build guest relations.
• Train and evaluate Casino Dealers.

Skills

Knowledge of two major games

Knowledge of three minor games

Ability to withstand noisy environments

Ability to stand for 50% of the shift

Education
