Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and on service areas to protect guest health.

No experience is required, and we offer weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 60 lbs are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
• Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
• Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchen wares storage organised
• Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans

$12.00 - $14.00 / hour
