Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of table games and dealing experience required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to perform intermediate math and maintain accurate records.
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Able to work in fast-paced, noisy or smoky environments.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Oversee table games operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Safeguard assets and enforce internal controls.
- Provide excellent guest service by resolving disputes and requests.
- Coach dealers to maintain service standards and game pace.
- Monitor player actions and track buy-ins, length of play, wins/losses.
