Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation in the United States seeks a Dual Rate Floor Supervisor to oversee Table Games operations on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with state, federal and tribal regulations and internal controls. You will monitor card and dice security, assist in payout monitoring, supervise staff, and maintain a professional, safe gaming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High School diploma or its equivalency required.
• Minimum of one year of dealing or Dual Rate Supervisory experience in two core games (BJ, RO, CR).
• Must be an experienced, results oriented and hands-on professional.
• Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees.
• Must possess ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees.

Responsibilities

• Monitor controls designed to assure full compliance with state, federal and tribal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a continuous inspection of cards and dice, ensuring security of table games.
• Assist in monitoring the payouts of the table games to ensure proper amounts paid to customers.
• Ensure that organizational and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
• Handle customer and employee disputes with excellent customer service and best interest of the operation in mind.
• Ensure the safety of all gaming chips and monies entrusted.
