Qualifications

Knowledge of table games equipment and casino operations preferred.
Ability to safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment and PPE.
Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced casino environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain gaming equipment and related systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on table games equipment, hardware, signage and assets.
Assist with table game installations, removals and relocations.
Monitor gaming technology systems for performance and regulatory compliance.
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
Collaborate with leadership and other departments to minimize guest service disruptions.
Keep accurate records of repairs, service requests, equipment inventory and work completed.
Support game integrity, asset security and regulatory compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
Deliver service excellence to guests and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
