Seminole Hard Rock Support Services in the United States is seeking a Table Games Dealer. Under the Floor Supervisor, you will provide superior service to guests, deal assigned games according to policies, and contribute to a memorable casino experience.
You will handle monetary transactions accurately, maintain game security, and help build guest relationships while mentoring teammates. High School Diploma required; flexibility to work varying shifts in a fast-paced casino environment.
Job Description: Under the direction of the Floor Supervisor, is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The incumbent is also responsible for the delivery of Customer Service standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games. Screens telephone calls and visitors, ascertaining who can be re-redirected to subordinate management.
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk distances. Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
