About The Role

Table Games Dealers are responsible for efficiently operating assigned Casino games, accurately handling chips and cards, managing bets and payouts, and ensuring a lively and enjoyable gaming atmosphere for players.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Engage with players in a friendly and professional manner, aiding, explaining game rules, and maintaining a positive and entertaining atmosphere.
• Adhere to Table Games policies, procedures, and internal controls, maintaining a steadfast commitment to their standards.
• Communicate with Supervisors to address any issues and contribute to maintaining a seamless flow of gaming floor operations.
• Facilitate the exchange of currency for gaming chips, ensuring all wagers fall within the designated minimum and maximum table limits.
• Guarantee proper placement of bets before card dealing, executing efficient and accurate shuffling and dealing techniques.
• Handle chips with precision and speed, presenting hands in a clear and easily readable manner.
• Manage the payment of winning bets and collection of losing bets, safeguarding the security and integrity of the game.
• Call for service or advice as necessary.
• Verify and deposit game-related paperwork in the drop box. Pass on game-related information to the incoming dealer.
• Efficiently deal and manage various Casino games such as blackjack, poker variants, or baccarat, following established rules and procedures.
• Demonstrate the capacity to make prompt and sound decisions, especially under pressure.
• Have sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, especially during busy periods.
• Have the capability to assess situations, foresee potential issues, and devise effective solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
