WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is offering a Table Games Dealer School in Lincoln, NE. The 8–10 week program runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a post-training audition process to transition into a dealer role and deliver a superior gaming experience.

Graduates may join as dealers at WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., with opportunities across local properties and a focus on guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong guest service focus with safety as a priority.
• Ability to demonstrate dealer skills through an audition.
• Proficiency in basic math.
• Ability to differentiate cheque colors and values.
• Knowledge of internal controls and table game regulations.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and guest service excellence.
• Preferred: prior dealing experience in Blackjack or Carnival games.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate proficiency in dealing Blackjack and Carnival games.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to guests and team members.
• Shuffle cards and manage game pace according to casino standards.
• Pay and collect wagers accurately per policy.
• Verify fills, credits, and related documentation.
• Communicate game information to relieving dealers and supervisors.
• Issue chips and maintain control of cards, dice, and float.
• Report irregularities and adjust pace for efficient play.
• Accept cash buy-ins and conduct drops per policy.
• Comply with departmental policies and gaming regulations.
