Qualifications

• Have a working knowledge of two or more games—poker and table games.
• Ability to take and follow directions from supervisory personnel.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, entertaining environment with service excellence.
• Adhere to PR&C policies, SOPs, internal controls and laws.
• Protect and maintain integrity of assigned games and assets.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay/collect bets per house rules.
• Ensure accuracy of all signatory paperwork for assigned games.
• Communicate with supervisors to obtain approvals per policy.
• Grooming and professional conduct per PR&C standards.
• Acknowledge and greet customers at or around assigned games.
• Interact professionally with staff to foster team spirit.
• Maintain courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
