BlueWater Resort & Casino in Parker, AZ is seeking a part-time Table Games Dealer to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service while dealing assigned games with skill and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include handling buy-ins and pay-offs, processing chip and money transactions, maintaining game security, and assisting guests while complying with AML regulations and gaming rules.

Must complete dealer training and pass audition; 21+; English fluent; strong math and communication

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deal all assigned games accurately and according to procedures.
• Handle buy-ins and pay-offs and complete chip/money transactions.

• Provide courteous guest service and attend required meetings.

Part-Time $12.00 an hour plus tipsSUMMARY:It is the primary responsibility of the Table Games Dealer to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service while showing skill in dealing their assigned game. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Deals all games within the department accurately and procedurally correct.Practices and supports BlueWater Resort & Casino guest service standards.Handles guest(s) transactions for “buy ins” and “pay-offs”.Verifies fills and credits.Notifies Supervisor of any irregularities on the game.Protects the security and protection of the game.Informs Supervisor of any guest related issues and/or requests.Makes accurate and clear chip and money transactions.Attend all meetings and training assigned by the Director of Table Games and/or the Casino.Must utilize game protection on all games.Performs all functions in accordance with Tribal, Federal, State Health & Safety Regulations, Gaming Regulations, and BlueWater Resort & Casino policies and procedures.All other duties as assigned (job description permitting), or as approved by the Tribal Gaming Agency.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures.Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program and its regulations, including, but not limited to, tile 31, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.Knowledge of table games.Knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, e-mail and Internet.Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and other departments.Strong general mathematical skills.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of the organization.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.Must successfully complete dealer training and pass audition.Must maintain confidentiality.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Must be 21 years of age.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
