Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, seeks a Project Manager for TAB who will lead HVAC TAB projects and mentor field technicians.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and client communications while driving continuous improvement. Travel across Puerto Rico and the US is required.

A mechanical or electrical engineering background and 5+ years TAB/HVAC experience are essential; NEBB/AABC/PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering (or equivalent TAB experience).
• 5+ years TAB, HVAC, Commissioning, or related industries experience.
• Project management experience from start to finish.
• Experience leading field teams.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico and US.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAB projects from planning through successful completion.
• Supervise and mentor field technicians.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Serve as the primary customer contact.
• Review technical reports and project deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, scope, profitability, and timelines.
• Resolve technical challenges and mitigate project risks.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
