Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and locations in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in North Carolina . The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support full-cycle recruiting efforts, develop talent pipelines, source qualified candidates, and partner with business leaders to meet hiring goals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions and locations
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions
Provide recruiting consultation and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Support diversity hiring initiatives and source candidates from diverse talent pools
Research labor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
Learn operational functions through job shadowing to improve candidate matching and reduce turnover
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and time-to-fill metrics
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain recruiting records
Generate recruiting reports and provide hiring metrics to leadership teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Current college students with anticipated graduation by the end of the academic year are encouraged to apply
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms
Experience using Workday or other applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements
Experience working in manufacturing, corporate, or industrial recruiting environments
Experience managing recruiting metrics and performance goals
Project management experience and ability to manage multiple recruiting initiatives
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
