Job summary

Adecco is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our internal team on a temp-to-hire basis in Brownsburg, Indiana. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will source candidates through job boards and networks, maintain ATS records, extend offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while hitting speed and quality metrics. Competitive pay and benefits are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, agency, corporate recruiting, or high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process.
• Extend and negotiate employment offers when appropriate.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Meet recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and service level expectations.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Staffing agency recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, skilled trades, or light industrial positions.

• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
