Your guidance will ensure a seamless recruitment journey, from first contact to final offer, enhancing our passionate and diverse workforce. Your responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment activities of their team, ensuring achievements of KPIs
  • Acts as first-level supports to TA Advisors
  • Directly recruit on active roles, including SMT level and confidential roles; provides full life-cycle recruiting for assigned client groups / specific positions /confidential searches
  • Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders involved with recruitment needs
  • Leads and builds a pipeline of talent through university relationships, talent mapping, employee networks and direct sourcing to acquire the best talent to meet current and future pipeline needs
  • Manages third-party partnerships in pursuit of targeted talent
  • Maintains ATS (Success Factors) with a high level of integrity and accuracy
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 5 years’ experience within talent acquisition
  • Self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Comprehensive behavioral based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong consultative and influencing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels
  • Technical capabilities: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database systems, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms
  • Strong communications and organizational skills

US salary ranges

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
