Job summary

Solidigm is seeking a graduate-level intern to join the Talent Acquisition Data Engineering & Analytics team. You will build and analyze TA metrics at a global scale, extracting, transforming, and visualizing data from HR systems while developing dashboards.

This role focuses on data engineering, modeling, dashboard development, and reporting automation, with Snowflake, Power BI, and collaboration across TA leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a graduate degree in a data-related field.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, window functions, and optimization.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI with DAX.
• Experience with Python or R for data extraction and analysis.
• Familiarity with dimensional data modeling and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing.
• Ability to translate business questions into measurable analytics needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake connections and automate data refresh.
• Configure Power BI connectivity and scheduled refresh.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring.
• Develop a dimensional data model in Snowflake.
• Write SQL transformations for analysis-ready tables.
• Create a full Power BI dashboard suite for TA metrics.
• Develop a governed semantic model with DAX measures.
• Implement row-level security and optimize performance.
• Produce documentation and end-user enablement materials.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to prioritize metrics.
