What Makes This a T2 / T3 Role

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of common residential HVAC issues with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify repair opportunities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, drainage, and mechanical issues within your capability level.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners about system condition and repair needs.
• Present repair options in a clear, ethical, and professional way.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience for T2‑level consideration.
• 3+ years of HVAC service experience for stronger T3‑level consideration.
• EPA Certification.
• Residential diagnostic and repair experience.
• Light commercial experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
