Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Lead various qualification processes to qualify T1 FAB for mass production by conducting rigorous risk analysis and ensuring 100% adherence to global quality standards
  • Drive seamless transition from new FAB qualification phase to mass production phase by validating process stability and delivering Fab qualification reports that certify production readiness
  • Establish product/tool qualification framework and chair review board meetings to provide technical direction and final decision-making on qualification status
  • Communicate with HQ reference FAB to monitor and work to eliminate any known quality risk points by implementing various solutions
  • Plan and lead early production risk mitigation activities designed to ensure safe launch of new products
  • Contribute to identifying potential quality risk points by using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) methodology and implementing solutions to reduce risk
  • Drive root cause corrective actions (RCCA/8D) for issues identified during FAB qualification phase to secure mass production quality standards
Skills And Qualifications
Here’s what you'll need:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics or related field required
