We are hiring a full-time Specialty Technician who is an experienced Floor and Carpet Technician, and Custodian in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. As a floor and carpet technician and custodian, you will perform floor care tasks such as marble polishing, detail scrubbing of tile and grout floors in restrooms, stripping, waxing, burnishing, shampooing, and carpet extraction. You will also handle heavy duty floor maintenance, refinishing tile, pressure washing, high-dusting, and other projects supporting customer satisfaction.
You are responsible for reporting maintenance and repair problems, ensuring all floor equipment is clean and maintained after each use, and following all safety precautions at all times.
