Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a full-time in-store Sales Associate in Michigan to provide personalized customer service, demonstrate devices and services, and help customers find the right solutions. You will work with a team to meet performance goals and earn uncapped commissions.

This role offers competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules, and a path toward becoming a Certified Sales Representative. Prior experience is not required, and a passion for helping customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required for Full-Time employees.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Passion for helping customers and providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation:

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
