Mobileone, LLC Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. You will coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor most of the time.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, training, and mentoring, while ensuring store goals are met and compliance with policies. We value a no-excuses attitude, leadership, and a passion for development and internal career growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience in wireless industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations.
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valued.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and records.
• Adhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings.

MobileOne is looking for an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences. As a Retail Store Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the store, lead and develop your team, and ensure sales and service goals are consistently met. You'll be on the sales floor the majority of the time—coaching your employees, assisting customers, and making sure your store runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pay

$18.22 - $49.17/ hour
