Job summary

MobileOne LLC is seeking an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. You’ll coach a team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences on the sales floor most of the time.

Oversee daily store operations—scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling—while ensuring goals are met. Minimum 1 year in retail management, HS diploma or GED, and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalations
• Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling

MobileOne is looking for an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences.As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the store, lead and develop your team, and ensure sales and service goals are consistently met. You’ll be on the sales floor the majority of the time—coaching your employees, assisting customers, and making sure your store runs smoothly.

Pay
$21.50 - $41.70/ hour
The pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus.
