Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store and Operations Manager for our Brentwood, CA location. As a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, you will lead, coach, and train the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance.

You will recruit, hire and develop staff, schedule for evenings and weekends, and analyze business needs to create improvement plans that meet sales and profit goals.

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift and move up to 20 lbs.
