Exclusive Wireless is seeking a T-Mobile Retail Store and Operations Manager in Sonora, CA to lead a dynamic sales floor and drive store performance. You will coach the sales team, recruit talent, and push customer service excellence to meet company goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to stand long hours, and the capacity to lift up to 20lbs. This is a full-time position with evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• The ability to stand for long periods of time
• Achieve sales, profit goals and proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans.
