Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retailer family. You will learn customer service excellence while demonstrating devices and services, guiding shoppers through purchases, and building lasting connections with customers.

This role focuses on learning and teamwork as you prepare for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. As a back-to-back brand ambassador, you will explore customer needs, perform in-store demonstrations, and use digital tools to

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.
