What You’ll Do:

• Coach, build, train, and lead a team of Store Managers
• Drive sales and own your region’s sales goals and operations standards
• Review performance and analyze trends
• Celebrate wins and build a fun, driven culture
• Oversee hiring, training, and compliance
• Stay on top of communications and act on “hot items” fast
• Make sure every store is staffed
• Stay on top of scheduling and daily needs
• Travel between markets and keep things moving

What You Bring:
