Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and strive to be the best at connecting customers to their world.

Responsibilities include overseeing store operations, hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary point of contact for employees.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Observe and provide feedback on employee-customer interactions for development and coaching.
2. Address customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand.
3. Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, and asset management.
4. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement store programs.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Hire passionate employees who love building customer relationships.
7. Support team development through training and mentoring.
8. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
10. Drive operational efficiency, meet sales goals, and manage expenses.
11. Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
12. Ensure employees meet success metrics.

Experience Required:

• 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
