Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you’re ready to lead by example, go All IN, and empower your team to excel in connecting customers to their world.

Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention, and team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching, ensuring timely completion of trainings.
  2. Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact customer experience within the T-Mobile brand & expectations.
  3. Own store success and address employees’ work-related needs, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions.
  4. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new programs and initiatives.
  5. Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees who are committed to building long-lasting customer relationships and are enthusiastic about the T-Mobile Brand and digital technology.
  7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognizing achievements.
  8. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment supporting team initiatives.
  10. Manage store productivity, minimize risk, protect assets, and achieve financial KPIs.
  11. Invest in team success through personalized performance management and recognition.
  12. Ensure employees meet or exceed monthly success metrics.
  13. Meet or surpass sales goals.
  14. The experience you’ll bring:
  15. 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  16. Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years Management experience in retail sales (Required)
