Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example, inspiring your team to excel in connecting customers to their world. You'll oversee all store operations, including hiring, training, marketing, and asset prevention, serving as the primary contact for your team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct observations and provide feedback to develop and coach team members.
2. Handle customer issues to enhance their experience.
3. Own store success, managing staff, operations, and assets.
4. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new initiatives.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Hire passionate employees aligned with our brand and technology focus.
7. Support team development through training and mentoring.
8. Stay updated on products and leadership best practices.
9. Create an inclusive environment and support store initiatives.

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years wireless retail and management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and store management skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years retail sales management experience.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
