Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They connect deeply with customers, building new and strengthening existing relationships. They work to understand customer needs and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development for new associates.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
- Helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
- Selling personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching service and sales with integrity, composure, and compassion.
Use digital tools to:
- Show coverage and network speed.
- Explain T-Mobile plans and services.
- Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
- Continuously learn about wireless innovations.
Assist with cash handling and store operations as needed. Establish relationships across channels, including with business and customer service teams, to:
- Own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and refer small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
The experience you’ll bring:
- Passionate about customer service and having fun!
- Competitive and successful in fast-paced sales environments.
- Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
- 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
