Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who energize and excite customers about our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and retail experiences. They build meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships by understanding needs and educating on device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates learning and growing with their team. Successful completion of new employee training is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and loyalty by:
• Assisting customers with their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology solutions.
• Selling accessories, IoT devices, and personalized solutions.
• Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Using digital tools for onboarding and demonstrating coverage and plans.
• Completing training on T-Mobile store experience, systems, and resources.
• Staying informed on wireless innovations and technology.
• Handling store operations and cash management as needed.
• Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and identify leads.
The experience you’ll bring:

- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
