Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to promote the T-Mobile brand. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers, and educating them on devices and services. New associates will complete training to build their skills and knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience, and building loyalty by:

• Assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrating technology products and solutions.
• Providing personalized recommendations beyond basic plans and devices.
• Approaching customer needs with integrity and compassion.
• Using digital tools effectively during interactions.
• Supporting store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The experience you’ll bring:

• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to connect and have fun.

• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
