Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around products and services, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology and customer needs evolve continuously. They focus on building strong customer relationships, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. New associates will complete training to develop their skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey, explore needs, and demonstrate technology.
- Sell personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approach customer needs with integrity and compassion.
- Use digital tools effectively for interactions and onboarding.
- Explain coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on store experience and systems.
- Engage in store operations and cash handling as needed.
- Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
The experience you’ll bring:

- 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
