Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and strive to be the best at connecting customers to their world. Responsibilities include all store operations, hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Observe and coach store employees' customer interactions, ensuring training completion.
  2. Address customer issues to enhance their experience with T-Mobile.
  3. Own store success, manage staffing, scheduling, marketing, and loss prevention.
  4. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement new store initiatives.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees aligned with T-Mobile’s values.
  7. Support team development through training and mentoring.
  8. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive operational efficiencies, meet financial KPIs, and control expenses.
  11. Recognize and celebrate team achievements.
  12. Meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience Required:
  • 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
