Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and drive store success. You will be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, training, marketing, and asset management. Your role is to ensure a positive customer experience and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise store employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  2. Address customer issues to enhance satisfaction.
  3. Manage store operations, staffing, marketing, and loss prevention.
  4. Monitor sales, inventory, and implement store initiatives.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate team members aligned with the T-Mobile brand.
  7. Support team development through training and mentoring.
  8. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership best practices.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
  11. Recognize employee achievements and manage performance.
  12. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
