Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build strong connections with customers, deepening relationships and educating them about device and service solutions. This role involves training, skill-building, and proficiency development. New associates will complete initial training.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
- Assisting customers with their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring customer needs and demonstrating technology products.
- Offering personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
Use digital tools effectively during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate:
- Coverage and network benefits in the customer’s area.
- The advantages of T-Mobile plans and services.
- Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
Seek out information, learn about innovations, and support store operations, including cash handling as needed. Establish relationships across channels to enhance customer experience, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
The experience you’ll bring:

- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
