Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They focus on building meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships, and educating about device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates completing comprehensive training programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
• Assisting customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring customer needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Completing training on store experience, systems, and product knowledge.
• Engaging in store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Collaborating with other T-Mobile employees to enhance customer experience and generate leads.
The experience you’ll bring:

- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
