Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build significant connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate about device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with new associates working with their team to build skills and complete training.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, helping them continue their shopping journey.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology products.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity and compassion.

Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and systems. Build relationships across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
