Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They focus on building meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships, and educating them about our products and services. New associates will undergo training to develop their skills and knowledge in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience, and building loyalty by:
- Helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
- Selling personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching customer interactions with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Utilizing digital tools for onboarding and demonstrating coverage, plans, and services.
- Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and resources.
- Engaging in ongoing learning about wireless innovations.
- Handling cash and store operations as needed.
- Building relationships across channels, including with business and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless experience, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
The experience you’ll bring:
- Passionate about customer service and connecting with people.
- Competitive drive and success in fast-paced sales environments.
- Willingness to collaborate and learn from peers and leaders.
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
