Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s goals of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and ensuring Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infuse Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto, focusing on loving our customers.
2. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence and providing a comfortable, simple experience.
3. Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associates’ customer interactions for development and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
6. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to standards, and utilize visual displays effectively.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses and discounts.

The experience you’ll bring:
