Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Infuse store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto and orient them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met, and employees build customer confidence by providing a comfortable and simple experience.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay updated on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay current on products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
• Maintain store environment quality and adhere to standards, using visual displays effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage expenses.

The experience you’ll bring:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor teams
• Excellent communication skills
