The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range, reflecting salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as role scope, complexity, location, skills, education, credentials, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

This position is fully remote, possibly involving mobile work and/or work from your primary residence. It covers the Baltimore, MD territory, so residence in that area is required. This is an entry-level position requiring successful completion of training to advance to Claim Professional, Outside Property. The role involves investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving claims of lesser value and complexity, ensuring quality claim handling throughout the claim lifecycle. It includes customer contact, coverage review, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution, with compliance to quality standards and regulations.
