MobileOne LLC seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver WOW customer service. You will oversee daily store operations, coach sales staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people and coaching teams to deliver results.
• Customer service or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal/store sales and developing a high-performing, motivated team.
• Cultivating a positive environment, which supports MobileOne's values.
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
• Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
• Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
• Supporting store operations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
• Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.

Pay

• $23.23 - $39.91 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus)
