SkyBridge Tactical is seeking a highly motivated Test and Evaluation SME to support USSOCOM initiatives in the NORVA area, on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role emphasizes T&E expertise across ISR, EW, SIGINT, and F3EAD with potential for future program growth.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD testing background, a TS clearance, and a proven ability to develop test strategies, manage requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet strict schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• DoD test and evaluation experience is required.
• 16+ years of experience in related fields.
• Active Top Secret clearance or equivalent is required.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal tools.

Responsabilités

• Provides subject matter expertise in testing and evaluation for ISR, EW, SIGINT and the F3EAD cycle.
• Assists with development of program test strategy and FDR decision roadmaps.
• Consolidates test plans, procedures, and data acquisition plans for tests.
• Supports T&E WIPT and requirements tracking (RCM).
• Assists in consolidating/managing test data and drafting FDR packages.
• Collaborates to align cost, schedule, performance, and risk with program needs.
