Job summary

Useapc seeks a Transmission & Distribution Safety Specialist to oversee safety practices on active projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. This full-time position requires extensive knowledge of transmission and distribution operations and safety compliance. Ideal candidates possess at least 5 years of relevant safety experience, with strong skills in communication and leadership.

The role involves frequent travel to job sites and includes responsibilities such as conducting safety inspections, administering company safety policies, and providing direct support during storm response efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of safety experience supporting T&D utility operations.
• Technical knowledge of overhead and underground construction and safety.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and the National Electrical Safety Code.
