Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a collaborative project professional to support Transmission and Substation initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive planning, documentation, and reporting for T&D projects.

Ideal candidates bring experience with transmission lines, substations, and large generator interconnections, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and advance

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting or managing T&D-related projects.
• Background working with transmission lines and/or substations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of T&D projects, including transmission line and substation initiatives.
• Assist with projects involving large generator interconnections when applicable.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners.
• Provide clear and consistent project communication, updates, and documentation.
• Support business process improvements and system transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools.
• Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment across project teams.
