This full-time position requires extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in T&D or Substation Construction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, especially in T&D or Substation Construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Comprehensive understanding of T&D/Substation Construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Preferred PMP or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and environmental compliance in T&D/Substation Construction industries.
• Experience with design-build and EPC projects.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
