Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in engineering design, project management or a related role.
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence, lead and manage with a thoughtful, positive approach.
• Strong planning and analytical skills with clear communication.
• E.I.T. or PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from inception through closeout.
• Manage 5–20 projects concurrently with budgets up to $50M and voltages 4kV–765kV.
• Coordinate client gate approvals and routine reporting to management.
