The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience in environmental permitting and planning. Leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff are crucial. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements is also necessary, supporting Jacobs’ commitment to the utility industry.

Qualifications
