Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an Estimator and Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.
• Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility.
• 3-5 years field lineman experience managing field crews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of all projects in the district.
• Lead project teams and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Build and maintain client relationships and prepare performance reports.
